Part-Time Dispatcher

Part Time Dispatcher

Part-Time (Fridays only 8:30am - 5:00pm) - Contract Term: Permanent

Overview

We are seeking a motivated, proficient and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Dispatcher. In this role, you will be the first person our clients contact and interact with, as such, a friendly and helpful demeaner is essential.

Responsibilities

Receive and dispatch all calls to the appropriate team member
Manage job assignments as received through phone, email, our CRM Software
Process payment from customers over the phone and in the office
Manage Receivables
Update customers on helpdesk tickets, call customers when ticket is completed to arrange a pick up time. Provide a summary of the services performed and answer any questions that may arise
Ensuring the office looks presentable and clients visiting the office are comfortable

Experience with POS systems and Quickbooks preferred. Must be comfortable with answering phones and interacting with a variety of people and computers required.

This position is Friday’s only (8:30am – 5:00 pm) and you must be available every week. Extra hours are available on holidays and in the summer. Training is provided and compensation is based on experience. Position is available immediately.

IT Team Lead

Full-Time (M-F 8:30-5:00) - Contract Term: 6-12 Months

Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Temporary Team Lead to oversee our IT operations for a period of 6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, coordinating IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services during this temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of IT technicians, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful completion of projects and tasks.
Coordinate and prioritize IT initiatives and projects according to business needs and objectives.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Manage IT service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide solutions and support as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
Ensure monthly billing are accurate/ working with accounting department
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding temporary IT staff as required.
Serve as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide troubleshooting support as necessary.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
Proven experience managing IT projects and teams, including resource allocation and budget management.
Strong technical skills in areas such as networking, systems administration.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as needed to support project requirements.
